I have seen nothing come from Shoreline Media's publications or the Oceana County Press (where I initially noticed the story) since then.  He looks to have won the November election, but the DWI story has been successfully killed.

Unfortunately, Prosecutor Paul is almost dead last in transparency issues.  I will attempt to find an answer to your question, Shelby, unless someone else can chime in with the answer.

Very good question and discussion Shelby, welcome to the Torch. The Oceana Herald on 2/27/15 has an article that says his trial jury that week, ended in a hung jury, not guilty. Seems they are insisting after all this to go to another jury trial in April 2015. The BAC test results were in question. The trial lasted three hours, and the jury deliberated three hours. Sebolt has an impressive record with the community and other endeavors though. I will try to post the attachments, he looks to be quite a good guy in all respects otherwise.

Reading his history here, he appears to have many accomplishments of good achievements. I wish him well in his fight for justice and prove his innocence.

I love Sebolt's ethos, which seems to have evolved throughout time into an advocate for small government in the Tea Party/Libertarian mold.

I'm not impressed too much with the DWI arrest, but if he got a hung jury the first time, without knowing the facts, he may have got a raw deal.  MSP Trooper Stewart's similar trial is coming up in April, which should be interesting.
