I added that link in order for this forum thread to be as transparent as possible, it's good in showing the history of the OMA and FOIA in Michigan.  Only our government would create Sunshine week the week before the spring equinox, so that the darkness exceeds the sunshine.

But in government, all too often the darkness does exceed the sunshine, sometimes dramatically as it does in the City of Ludington, the Mason County Sheriff's Office and our county prosecutor.

I had forgotten this was 'Sunshine Week' but it seemed just like any other week in the way that the COL and MCSO have been handling my requests.  More interesting is that today is a special Pi Day.  If you ever dealt with circles and spheres, you know that pi is a number often characterized by '3.14', but it is an irrational number that continues well beyond the two decimal places, infinitely so.  When rounded to the nearest ten-thousandth, pi equals 3.1416, so this day, 3-14-16 is a Pi day you only see occur every hundred years.

Thank-you for adding the link XLFD. My supposed smart phone is not so "smart."
