A two week transplant from Arcadia to beautiful Downtown Beulah and yet another drowning in Michigan. The NWS is on top of riptide warnings but one only has to look and have an ounce of common sense with regard to Lake Michigan.

That was a very heroic action he did to save his nephew.  Does anyone know how many drownings happened so far this year?  The lake has been mostly calm except for the last two days.

Sad. We need life guards on these beaches.

That is an extremely sad story but a common one when the surf is pounding the beaches. Common sense must prevail when entering the water on windy days.
