"I thought they'd find Kate like that day or the next day, definitely not being a month later and still haven't found any leads, pretty much nothing," she told 24 Hour News 8 on Friday. "They're still pretty much in the same spot they have been."
She said she's heard whispers and comments, some online and some to her face, about the case.
"To me, I don't understand why there are people out there who are being so negative towards me. There are people who are out there, I don't even know them, being so mean to me, so hateful," she said. "My baby was taken from me, and they're being hateful and just rude and mean. How could you possibly think I had something to do with my daughter's disappearance?"
I've been following the case, and see no connection she might have with the disappearance of her daughter, unless you try to develop some as-yet-baseless conspiracy she had with Sean Phillips. I believe we should treat her as a victim of a senseless crime perpetrated against her by someone she loved. A betrayal. It's a tragedy and shouldn't be idly speculated on.

SHE HASN'T BEEN OUT TO SEARCH FOR HER BABY, SHE HANDED OUT FLIERS ONCE DURING THE 4TH OF JULY PARADE, BEEN OUT PARTYING WITH APRIL, AND KENNY FOR HIS BIRTHDAY FOR 3 DAYS, MISSING MONEY FROM DONATIONS, GOING TO BEACH AND MICHIGAN ADVENTURE TWICE (HAVE PROOF) TO CALM WHEN SHE MADE 911 CALL , TV INTERVIEWS NO EMOTION, IN COURT YOU CAN TELL SHE WASN'T REALLY CRYING ABOUT BABY KATE,GETTING HER HAIR DONE, BUYING HERSELF NEW CLOTHES, TRYING TO BAIL OUT SEAN, FILLING OUT ADOPTION PAPERS FOR KATE,DIFFERENT STORY ON WHY SHE WENT INTO HER APARTMENT AND LEFT KATE IN CAR WITH SEAN! IF THAT WAS MY CHILD MISSING I WOULD BE MOVING HEAVEN AND EARTH TO FIND MY CHILD! I WOULD NEVER STOP LOOKING!!! SHE IS GUILTY AS SIN!!!!

Do we really want to judge a person guilty on what they do or how they react in the aftermath of the event?
I don't blame her for not being on the organized searches or doing many of the other things you mention that are part of a young woman's life. Other things you mention seem to contradict the official narrative, so offer proof of her being the cause of missing money or doing something else that hasn't been reported on.
There is no template on how a person reacts to a traumatic event, so before you claim she is guilty because of how you would think you would react in the same situation, consider the pure weight of the situation that she has to bear and the shocks of Sean's betrayal and the missing baby.

We had a missing child not to long ago, and the parents organized nothing everyone helped them. They were not expected to.
Child was found. Perp could not breathe our entire community was everywhere looking for the child, and our amber alert ran until he was returned.

Unless they post pics of her partying it up - I would treat them as rumors. I was under the impression that the Sean Philips parents had custody of her older daughter. Was that misinformation?

that is not true. from what I know of, sean and ariel had joint custody.

Funny, I would have thought someone in NY had hurricane worries, not novicane worries........wondering, and as to what is the deal too?

I am not sure what your question is or the statement you are trying to make.- the hurricane (tropical storm) was days ago. Life moves fast around here being prepared makes things easier. My job and personal life was all back in working order by 3pm Sunday.
