The Deer Cull Starts and All I Get is a Piece of Paper

  This letter of trespass must have been filled out by a person with kindergarten penmanship skills or while driving down a 2 track at speed.  Another City of Ludington bullshit plan against Tom Rotta. So who is illegally putting out the deer bait?  What does the Cartier family think about the City using Cartier park for the deer cull ?

Believe it or not, this was penned primarily by Officer Noah Noble with Captain Mike Haveman annotating the time from indefinitely to 30 days, while both were stationary.  Maybe they were just shaky and nervous because they knew what they were doing was wrong, and what their government was doing was illegal. 

I can only guess that Mary Cartier will be mortified that the city's contracted killers almost took out an innocent person's life and that her family's endowment will figure prominently in a future federal lawsuit.  The full story to come later tonight about this.

Is this letter for real or is someone trying to prank you? Looks like it was drafted by a 1st grader. The entire notice is contrary to what is legally correct. If this is real then there are truly some numbskulls inhabiting City Hall.

It's real.  If you read it, this is a form that the LPD uses for area businesses (aka decent and respectable establishments, aka usually bars) when they don't want to deal with certain customers.  When they use it for a public place and they additionally mischaracterize actions as 'disturbing the peace', it becomes a bigger issue of violating due process rights and other basic civil rights.  As we will see, reasonable people would likely agree that I did nothing wrong and was victimized twice by the local government and their contracted killers.  This harrowing story will be shared later tonight or early next morning.

The disturbance part of the trespass letter has me wondering, did you pop up out of the bushes and scare the deer away just before being shot?  Or maybe played loud music which is only tolerated by a business to the north, or last dressed up in a Bambi suit to get a first hand look at the carnage...

The disturbance part was totally unwarranted, as I had to remain totally quiet for a considerable amount of time for my own safety, or I could have been shot.  And although I wore my deer suit earlier today, last night I was in some casual clothing and comporting myself as a bipedal primate.

 Awaiting " The Rest Of The Story " as Paul Harvey would say.  What's this about hiding in the bushes to keep from getting shot?   By whom?   our City Police?   or contracted killers?
