Over the last two days my creative output has been stifled somewhat because I was shut in a room with a couple of attorneys, a court reporter and two Ludington city high officials with the same very common first name and the same middle name of Edward.  Ironically, this room was inside the very building I had been banned from for over a year due to a unique Ludington policy.

As my brain recovers from the proceedings, I leave it to the members of this forum to extrapolate on what may or may not have happened in this two day meeting of the twisted minds.  Unfortunately, I have to leave it all unsaid for now, but we will have some interesting stuff in the future for you.

Your teasing us X.

Naw, it's just not smart to go into details at this point.  OK, I'm teasing just a little; but I will make one thing perfectly clear.  The mayor did not resort to this:

And I didn't resort to doing this (the MMRMA's attorney's name is Allan):

And the City Manager never did this:

Funny clips X. So the taxpayers forked over more money so the foolish politicians and their lawyers could sit in a room for 2 days and further complicate what should be an easily attainable solution to the anti Constitutional mess they have created and which they keep expanding upon. Your entire quest for an open and fair Government could be over and solved in a matter of minutes and without the need to spend thousands of taxpayers dollars to defend their idiotic agendas but the Peter Griffin clones running City Hall just don't understand the bigger picture here. All they have to do is run the City of Ludington in a fair, honest, Constitutionally respected way.

As usual, you are a very perceptive individual, Willy.

We still have a policy wherein any individual in Ludington (or without) can be banned from any public place in Ludington at the City Manager's whim without any due process, eight months after this suit has been filed.  No outrage from any public official.

Our City Council is a band of ignorant, lockstep automatons that lack any regard for property or constitutional rights of individuals (excepting their own, and those who bankroll them).

So they are like the ones in every state capitol and DC as well? lol.

Right Jane, and if we hope to stop crooks at the bottom, (local city), rung of the ladder and see it's fruitless, how can we ever expect to do so at the middle or top rungs of the ladders of government?  Willy is perceptive, except ye may have forgotten, the people here in question are so aloof with power, the ONLY thing that matters to them is declining emphatically to ever be wrong about anything. They must save face at all costs, no matter the fault or lies. And as we recently witnessed, even when proven in court to be wrong, they still won't admit it openly, but say it's a technicality. How VAIN! And childish way to live.

There are exceptions at every level, but it's getting harder and harder for candidates speaking out for liberty, weaning government dependency, and for protection from government to overcome the growing power of incumbent corruption partnerships and their dependents.
