The only explanation that makes sense.

Am starting to believe that the Russians must have hacked the local school bond vote.

No electorate is so ignorant to believe that they will tax and spend their way to prosperity.

Only complete morons would be so pathological optimistic.

Mueller should be summoned to conduct a complete investigation now that he has some free time.

Who has Attorney General Nessie's phone number?

Somewhere out there, photo evidence  must exist of Putin and Superintendent Kennedy.

Pathological optimism: when you're in deep donkey Doo over your head and you dig out to get rich on the manure. But bringing an outsider in to propose an exorbitant school bond unheard of for this economy may not be sustainable manure, imo. The next economic tank is predicted to exceed 2008. Schools and cities will always get their money unless people can't pay their taxes. Banks lose when people can't pay their mortgages.

I just talked to about 8 people from Ludville today that said they are selling out and moving asap. I am also researching  how to qualify to have school taxes legally removed from your property tax bill, and will be doing something in the future to get that hopefully, there are ways for that and also senior citizen reliefs that assessors don't want us to know about.

Well I hope you find a way to avoid paying school taxes legally, Aquaman, but the only way I know is for you to present the treasurer with a certified copy of your death certificate.

I can tell you the news that my youngest is not going to be graduating from Ludington.  She had expressed a desire to graduate here, like her sisters did, but she was upset at the bond proposal, and more upset when it passed.  She will be getting an on-line degree, she's already working on it.

When she had just finished third grade, we used to often walk past Foster School that summer.  She always remarked that Foster School looked so sad because all of the kids were gone for the summer, and she had her own song to cheer it up as we walked past it.  I have to admit that I walked home past Foster School on election night just after the sad results came in, and gave a corner of the school a hug.

21st century thirty-something big-city thinkers who will have children bussed to the outer city limits hostage to having to get a ride. I will watch and hope this haunts the YESSERS when their grandchildren want to build schools back in city limits for walk ability and "community" if they ever get their $100 million dollar plus debt paid off.
