I mentioned this way back last year as a possibility of further almost childish digs President Obama liked to make such as informing us that cops made wrong decisions without all the facts leading to the Beer summit and such.
Thanks to his off the hip speech last year it would seem the Supreme's ( or at least a couple of them) may just sit out the State of Union speech.
In a climate where it seems appearance is going to be everything, and Republicans and Democrats are planning the Speech to be ( Date Night). I would think President O may just want to reach out to the Supremes he dissed in his speech last year. I mean after all, they are supposedly on the bench for there long long list of following constitutional law as this is their only reason to take up a case is it not?
To me things like this are reasons I know that even though the president appears in words of the main stream press to be moderating. I think anyone following his actions behind the curtain can come up with a completely different covert tail of his intent..For instance.
If you were truly believing your line about small businesses being the heart of the economy, and that anything you do should be geared tword those coming back and being competitive. Why hired a gun( G.E. CEO Emmelt) that happens to work for one of the largest monopolies in the world? This man alone has sent more U.S high tech jobs than all the retail companies combined. The last we heard from pres O he was at war with the Chamber of commerce. The largest representative of true small businesses?
WE already hear prior to his speech, that we will get a liberal ( pardon the pun) dose of language like investment, and possibly infrastructure. Do those sound like words of a person who got the message of the voters begging for no more borrowing?
Do my words sound like one of angst tword the man previously known as the most powerful man in the free world?? Damn straight they are, as he is every rapidly squandering the evidence that America is anything other than a now left leaning country and not one of greatness due to its unique wealth generation scheme called capitalism. But hey... We don't teach that in schools anymore, ask your kids they will tell you.

Looks like Thomas, Alito, and Scalia sat this one out. They're lucky, it looks like another soul-less presentation by our 44th white president.
Sounds as if he will veto any bill that has earmarks on it. Yeah, and I'm a chinese jet pilot.
